Compassionate, straightforward therapy grounded in real connection

Life isn’t always graceful — sometimes it’s messy, overwhelming, or just plain exhausting. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your relationship, navigating old wounds, or wondering where your motivation went, therapy can help you find your footing again.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with an MSc in Couple and Family Therapy. My approach is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. We’ll work together to untangle what’s not working and build a way forward that feels grounded and real.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — grounded in trust, safety, and sometimes a bit of humour. I integrate proven methods such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change.

When life feels overwhelming, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your coping skills, and help you move toward the life you want — with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

If you are feeling disconnected, arguing more than you’d like, or avoiding tough conversations, couples therapy can help you rebuild trust and communication. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners move from frustration to understanding.

EMDR is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps people process trauma, anxiety, and other distressing experiences that continue to affect their lives.
EMDR can be powerful for releasing emotional blocks, healing old wounds, and restoring a sense of balance and control.
